Operational Audit
A clear, independent view of where performance is being lost — across service, people, process and execution.
- On-site observation
- Workflow and capacity analysis
- Prioritised improvement roadmap
We help hospitality-led organisations improve quality, workflows, workforce performance and profitability — from diagnosis through execution.
The strongest hospitality businesses make complexity feel effortless. We examine the full operation — not isolated symptoms — to find where standards, systems and people are working against the outcome you need.
What we improve
Ways to work together
Every engagement is shaped around the scale of the challenge, the pace required and the people who will carry the work forward.
A clear, independent view of where performance is being lost — across service, people, process and execution.
A focused engagement that turns findings into new standards, practical systems and measurable operating improvements.
Experienced operational leadership when momentum, stability or a turnaround cannot wait.
Selected result
#1TripAdvisor position achieved within two months of openingThe Chicken Bar opened in October 2018 with a simple operating belief: guests should feel genuinely served, never processed. By improving the welcome, attentiveness and consistency of the experience, the restaurant reached Amsterdam’s number-one TripAdvisor position by the second week of December.
Our approach
We look beyond reports and assumptions to understand the real guest journey, workflow and pressure points.
We translate findings into clear priorities, ownership and a practical route from current reality to target performance.
We work with the people responsible for delivery, embedding standards that remain useful after the engagement ends.
